Damn you apple..

I’m currently experiencing an interesting problem with my new iPod 5.5G. It seems like it does not like to be charged by my notebook (although it worked on the usb port of a computer that is standing near by). After looking through the Internet I must conclude that this is a quite common problem. The 4G iPod still works fine.

Due to Apple’s recent product dis-maintenance process they sell the power unit as an Accessory, there isn’t one included as was when I purchased my first iPod. To make matters even more customer-friendly they changed the form factor and position of _every_ connector and plug on the iPod so I can’t even use my old power unit.
