“An it harm none, do what thou wilt.”
I always thought that this rule should apply to most actions, but recently discovered that it should also apply to oneself.
From times to times I run on heavy fuel, no pretending here. My body seems to accept that and is in a rather good physical condition despite it. As there was the World Food Day last week I started to watch my daily meals closer.
While I do live on pizza, tomatoes&mozarella and cereals most of the time I enriched last week’s meals with rice, noodles, fish filets and potatoes. Feeling way to healthy. Also I managed to attend both sports lectures this week (okay, we may discuss if archery should count as a sport), this might be a first timer.
Sometimes we only live for the here and now

Sometimes we feel we need a place to be grounded
