Weird and funky evenings

The last weekend was rather weird.I stayed at my father’s company till early evening, trying to set up a linux samba server (notes on how to boot from a RAID1 root device without initrd).

Later on I tried to rediscover Villach. Even as I was helped by Birgit and Kraut this proved itself to be harder than imagined. The solution was a short ride to Klagenfurt where the stereo ‘rock club’ reopening party took place. We arrived there a bit after midnight while the party was still going on strong.

But I cannot visit Klagenfurt without a short guiness at the claddagh.. we entered the pub a bit on the late side and had to cheat to still get drinks.. I still don’t think that you must import every damn custom to stay real.

After getting thrown out of the Claddagh back to stereo it was. While it was still crowded the music changed to something part noise, part metal so we left it at four o’clock in the morning.. drove back to villach, got lost, found my car. Arrived home way to late for getting up three hours later.

Saturday evening was nice and chilly. Just visited Klagenfurt with Christian, Kathi and Eli. To be honest I wouldn’t have survived mroe. I must get old ;).

And i do not own my room anymore.
