Bergstock music festival

I avoided this year’s Fete Blanche in Velden. Again. While it surely was a great party the crowd reminds me of wannabes.. well, maybe next year.

To compensate for the lack of partying on fryday I went to Bergstock with a couple of friends. Think of it as Woodstock in a mountain range with way fewer people. The drive there was rather long, I’m still wondering if I was still in carinthia. The lineup was great, mostly small local bands. Very good vibes. Best of all food and drinks were free, there was also no entry fee. Sleeping possibilities were also available for free (I slept in an attic, at least I’ve got a bed). I can’t bend my mind how this festival could ever work in a economic way.
