broken ipod

it seems as my ipods hard drive has given up.. and took most auf my audio tracks with it. The error handling is far the worst I’ve ever seen and made it impossible to get some of my data back.

The apple online support process is broken or just plain stupid. After I managed to create an around 500 character large support description (which must be ignored by my experience with apple) and pressed submit it seemed like there was an error.. at least thats what the sql error message told me.

Now I can’t submit a new support request as the old one is still open (which i btw cannot close by myself), I cannot alter the s.r. data or even find a telefon number on the apple site..

oh rotten apple indeed,
never will i trust you with precious data again
